The customer requests to be able to configure whether the sale/pre-sale tickets show the block of outstanding balances or not, where outstanding balances appear.

There is currently a configuration to show or hide the customer's overall balance on the ticket, but the block of outstanding balances is automatically printed when the customer has an outstanding balance.
