The customer requests to be able to configure whether the sale/pre-sale tickets show the block of outstanding balances or not, where outstanding balances appear. There is currently a configuration to show or hide the customer's overall balance on the ticket, but the block of outstanding balances is automatically printed when the customer has an outstanding balance.

Allow multiple roles to be assigned to the same user without granting them a Company Administrator profile. Currently, the customer must create two profiles for each supervisor and these have to change from one profile to another to make changes to the inventory. This request removes that re-work

Currently, the Delivery Balances dashboard mainly shows the outstanding balance to be collected/liquidated. This can cause confusion when the customer reviews cash deliveries or deliveries that have already been paid, because the outstanding balance appears in 0.00 even if there are deliveries made during the period. The customer requests that this section also show the total sum of the deliveries made, in addition to the outstanding balance.

Customer requests to be able to add images or documents to a customer's profile after they have already been registered with Handy, they are updating customer data and need to upload documents such as tax registration, identity document and other supports directly to the customer's file.
