Currently, the Deliveries report shows the Result field with the custom categories configured for each account (for example, “Closed customer”, “Incorrect address”, etc.). The API only exposes the general delivery statuses, such as delivered, partially delivered, or closed, but not the customized result. This prevents external integrations from replicating the detail shown in the Handy report. Request: Add an object or fields for the delivery result to the list/detail of the API deliveries, including at least:

Have an additional field to record the kg of the product at the time of delivery, and for this data to appear on the ticket.

This would prevent customers from going to something negative (or in favor), it would help to control that sellers do not overcharge.

Sales goals add up even if you don't necessarily deliver the order, so it doesn't give you a real value of what's “sold and delivered” Users can place orders only to increase the goal.

In the delivery routes part, you should have the option that the delivery person can select the type of payment (cash, check, transfer) so that at the end of the route the cash that was collected with the closing of the route will fit, since for now there is no way to know what type of payment it is.

It would be nice to be able to reprint a delivery with its payment status in order to give the ticket to the customer for the delivery they just paid for.
